You must agree to these Terms and Conditions before booking a Total Transportation Chauffeur. Any concerns must be made in writing prior to the use of any services provided by Total Transportation Limited.

UK Chauffeur Bookings - Payment Terms
On receipt of written client confirmation of chauffeur service bookings: Payment for chauffeur services can be made by all major credit and debit cards.
100% of full value of chauffeur service is payable 24 hours prior to commencement of service.
BACS payments are accepted up to seven days prior to service date, or CHAPS or same day Faster Payments transfers up to 24 hours prior to service commencement.
A credit card will also be required to pre-authorise any additional services utilised.
UK Chauffeur Bookings – Cancellation Policy
“At Disposal or Hourly Services”
Within 24 hours of service commencement – 50% Cancellation Fee
Within 12 hours of service commencement – 100% Cancellation Fee
Airport Transfer Services
Within 24 hours of service commencement – 50% Cancellation Fee
Within 12 hours of service commencement – 100% Cancellation Fee

UK or International Coach Booking – Payment Terms
On receipt of written client confirmation of coach bookings:
100% of full value of coach bookings is payable immediately **
** Payment can be made by BACS transfer or by all major credit and debit cards
** Coach bookings that have not been secured by receipt of full payment remain unconfirmed until such time as full payment is received

Coach Bookings – Cancellation Policy
Where coach bookings are canceled between 14 days and 7 days prior to the date of service:
50% cancellation fee is payable
Where coach bookings are canceled from 7 days to the date of service:
100% cancellation fee is payable

100% of estimated value of services is payable at time of booking confirmation.
