Motorsport Clients
We are experts in supporting motorsport teams, drivers, staff, fans, and VIP hospitality.
We have completed events in over 50 cities in the previous 3 years.
For each event, we have arranged over 150 passengers’ airport transportation, shuttles to the event, and VIP movements including daily hires.
Farnborough & Paris Air shows
We are trusted by many global Air, space, and defense organizations in providing them with specialist chauffeured transportation to the Farnborough and Paris Air shows.
For each show, we arrange transportation for over 150 delegates – providing a range of vehicles from Sedans, Vans, and executive coaches.
Conference in Abu Dhabi & Dubai
We were selected to provide transport for over 350 high-profile delegates in Abu Dhabi ad Dubai in 2022.
The event consisted of over 250 airport movements, daily coach shuttles, VIP movements, and daily ad hoc requests for transportation.
Company Summit in London
In the summer of 2022, we were appointed to manage a large company summit held at Hilton Park Lane.
During the busiest time of the year (Queens Jubilee) we helped to arrange over 250 car movements over 3 days.
The event included our fleet of Mercedes E class, S class, V class, Sprinters, and Executive coaches.
We also provided on-site logistic managers.
Luxury Goods Promotion Campaign
We were tasked with arranging VIP transportation from all across the United Kingdom to a Luxury Goods campaign held in London.
The transportation arrangements consisted of transfer services from as far as Edinburgh to London.
Over the 1-week campaign, we utilized over 220 drivers and vehicles.
